What is raw hair?

​Raw hair is unprocessed, single donor hair. It retains its natural color meaning each bundle may vary in color slightly. Raw hair also retains its natural texture meaning natural straight, wavy, and curly.

What the difference between Vietnamese and indian hair?

Indian hair is more fine in texture but appears to be kinda bushy when looking at it in its natural texture. And silky when pressed out alsoHas tapered ends. •Vietnam hair is thicker and courser. Usually double drawn(Full to the ends) Slightly textured when straight. And has medium luster.

 

How do I maintain my extensions?

​We recommend to shampoo & condition hair at least 2 to 3 weeks. Towel dry hair hair & let air dry. If blow dry blow dry on low heat. Use water based products to ensure moisture. Avoid any products that include sulfates and alcohol. Protect hair at night with silk scarf & bonnet at night especially when wearing frontal or closures!

 

How many bundles do I need?

​3 bundles is recommended to cover an entire head.

• 3 bundles for lengths 14” to 24”.

• 4 bundles for lengths 26” or longer

 

Do we provide rush orders?

​Yes we provide rush order for wig orders and bundles color services with an extra fee.

 

Do you provide pick up for wigs and bundle orders?

​Yes if you are in the same area, we do provide in person pick for your order. Just call or text to schedule a pick.
